At FidgetPulse, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photo or video evidence of the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Refunds will not be issued for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Refunds will also not be issued for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or dissatisfaction after normal use of the product.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
FidgetPulse reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
